Hi, I’m Janay, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin and a Nationally Certified Counselor. At True Worth Therapist, I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. I draw from a blend of evidence-based therapies to meet you where you are. I often pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and Gottman-informed practices, creating a personalized blend tailored to each client’s unique needs.
