I blend several therapeutic approaches, including Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy, to support both partners as individuals and as a team. Each session is tailored to your relationship’s unique strengths, values, and needs. My goal is to help you grow together, communicate with intention, and strengthen your bond through awareness and care.
